A fresh crisis erupted in Rajasthan Congress as 82 MLAs of CM Ashok Gehlot’s camp submitted their resignation to the assembly speaker CP Joshi on Sunday. The MLAs are opposing the appointment of a new Rajasthan CM from those who rebelled against the Gehlot government.
The hectic political development will come at a time as CM Ashok Gehlot prepare to contest the Congress presidential election and the speculations are rife. Because of this, his son, Sachin Pilot, could easily replace him. A very high political drama erupted about a leadership change in Rajasthan after 82 MLAs resigned from the state assembly on Sunday.
